Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Ngan LLC through this website. We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 business days after the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders below $75.
• Free standard shipping is available when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $75 or more.
• Shipping is shown during cart and checkout before an order is placed.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the shipping label is created.

Delays or unavailable items

If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will contact you with updated information and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact nganllc@hotmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment. For a package that arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can review the carrier information.
