30-Day Return Policy

We want customers to have a clear and straightforward return process. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts.
• Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
• A return must be authorized before it is shipped. Returns sent without instructions may be delayed or refused.

How to request a return

1. Email nganllc@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, include clear photos and a description of the issue.
3. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address.
4. Pack the complete item securely and ship it using the provided instructions.

Return shipping

For a non-defective item or a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For an item confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered, Ngan LLC will provide an appropriate return solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

No restocking fee

Ngan LLC does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable on non-defective returns.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. We may reduce or deny a refund if an item is incomplete, materially damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that does not meet this policy.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has started. If an order has shipped, the return process applies.
