Order Tracking

Use the shipment confirmation and your Ngan LLC account to follow an order from processing through delivery.

Before shipment

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During this time, the order may appear as processing.

After shipment

When tracking is available, we send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.

Check your account

Customers with an account can visit My Account – Orders to review order status and order details.

Need help?

If you checked out as a guest, did not receive a shipment email, or believe a package is delayed, email nganllc@hotmail.com. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
