These Terms of Service govern use of this website and purchases from Ngan LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

Store use and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login information secure. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or other parties.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to describe products and display prices accurately, but minor errors may occur. Product colors and appearance can vary by screen. Inventory is subject to availability. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order. If payment was collected for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order and does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we begin fulfillment or send shipment confirmation. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and 30-Day Return Policy are incorporated into these terms. Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3 business days. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, use false payment or identity information, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The store design, original text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Ngan LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the site.
