Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders below $75. Orders with a merchandise subtotal after discounts of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery generally takes another 3-7 business days after carrier acceptance.

How do I track an order?

Tracking is sent by email when available. Account holders can also review orders through My Account.

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide authorization and the correct return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping for non-defective or change-of-mind returns. Ngan LLC covers reasonable return shipping when an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect and a return is required.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
